Delete account
Delete your account and data.
You can delete your myfoody account at any time – right in the app or by request, even without the app.
In the app
- Open myfoody and tap your profile.
- Choose Account and then Delete account.
- Confirm with the same sign-in as your account – Apple, Google or a code by email.
Without the app, by email
Ideally write to us from the email address you registered with. We check that the account is yours, process the request and confirm the result.
What is deleted
- Profile: goals, body data, diet and exclusions
- Entries: food, water, training and health records such as intake, journal, cycle and lab values
- Cookbook, weekly plans and shopping lists
- Conversations with Fio and all other data linked to your account
Values in Apple Health or Health Connect stay there – myfoody only deletes its own copy. Billing records we must keep by law and backups are handled as described in the privacy policy.
Important: cancel your subscription separately.
A running Pro subscription is billed by Apple or Google. It does not end automatically when you delete your account – cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
